Shred Stack from Complete Nutrition
Back in 2014 I was sitting at 260lbs roughly, thanks to this stack in-particular I got down to about 175lbs within 6 months. This stack gave me the perfect amount of energy & also helped suppress my hunger. Along with tons of cardio & a decent diet I was able to shred it all off. When you combine the perfect supplement, hard work & dedication to eating right there should be nothing but results to come. You too can make a transformation. http:///YH6Y50gAUfK
Like many people on here I was doing my research about the CTS360 Kit and was extremely skeptical if not nervous about purchasing this kit. In all honesty if I had not had over a $100 in CN credit I would have absolutely passed on this kit all together. The reports of nausea, headaches, and overall bad reviews on the product was more than enough to scare me away. Well, needless to say I went through with the purchase as it only cost me about $50 out of pocket.
I just finished my second week on the CTS360 Maximum, CTS360 Night, Tone, and Complete Man. I hit the gym 3 times a week and due cardio twice a week. I have also adjusted my diet to about 2,000 calories a day and I am eating much cleaner than I have before. I started out at 195lbs and weighed in this morning at . How much of this I can contribute to supplements, not really sure but I can say that I haven’t had any of the reported side effects that others have reported. I believe losing weight and getting in shape is more of a lifestyle change, not just some magic pills. They call them supplements for a reason. You are not going to be able to take some pill and just see weight fall off. You need to use supplements as a tool to help you in achieving your overall goals.
